Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states with comparable consumer-privacy laws have specific rights including: the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete data, the right to correct data, and the right to opt out of data “sale” or “sharing” even where our practices don’t rise to that definition.
Email contact@shreveportpaving.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and a brief description of the request (delete, know, correct, opt-out). Requests are honored within 45 days as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing.
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We will require documentation of the authorization and may verify with you directly.
